We are only a 10 minute walk from Falmouth town centre and within 20 yards of a hotel with comprehensive leisure and spa facilities. We are also within walking distance of the University of Falmouth Woodlane Campus and only a short drive from the Tremough Campus.

There are sea views from most rooms and two rooms have private balconies. The home cooked food is superb with a hearty full English breakfast, the perfect way to start the day! We have a Cornwall Healthier Eating and Food Safety Award at Gold level. We also have an Enjoy England Silver Award and Four Star Award.

There are boat trips available taking you out into the lovely Falmouth bay or up the beautiful Fal Estuary to the county town of Truro. You can also take the passenger ferry over to St Mawes on the lovely Roseland Peninsula. Everything for a perfect day out and a memorable holiday!
