Our rates are very reasonable and competitive with bed and breakfast starting at £35 per person per night. Please phone for full details on rates and availability. We welcome families with children over twelve, however, we regret that we are not able to accommodate pets. We have a free broadband Wi-Fi connection for the use of our guests and Freeview television is available in all rooms. We have limited off street parking available directly in front of the property. Chellowdene is strictly non smoking throughout.
On arrival, check-in is from 3.00 pm until 7.00 pm. On departure, check out is from 7.00 am until 10.00 am.
Personal cheques accompanied by a cheque guarantee card are welcomed five working days prior to departure. We accept most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Switch.
Guests are respectfully reminded that a non refundable deposit equal to the full cost of the first night's accommodation is payable with all bookings on the day that the booking is made. If the booking is modified or cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, you will be charged for the first night's accommodation. If the booking is cancelled or modified less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The total price will also be payable in the event that guests either fail to show, or arrive and then cut short their previously booked reservation. We strongly advise you to take out a holiday insurance policy.
